Eligibility

To use AMZ Retailers website and services, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. By using our platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding service agreement.

Placing an Order

When you place an order or make a payment through AMZ Retailers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. This agreement is between you and AMZ Retailers and supersedes any prior communications unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Definitions

• “Website” refers to all online content and pages hosted on amzretailers.com.
• “You,” “Customer,” “Client” refer to the individual or entity placing the order or using our services.
• “We,” “Us,” “Our,” “Company” refer to AMZ Retailers.
• “Services” or “Products” refer to all deliverables and work provided by AMZ Retailers.
• “Order” refers to a confirmed request for services made through payment via card, bank transfer, or any other accepted method.

Use of Services

Our services are for your personal or business use only. All content produced by AMZ Retailers remains the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not authorize the resale or commercial reuse of any of our work without prior consent. All products are non-refundable unless specified under our refund policy.

Refund Policy

At AMZ Retailers, we are committed to delivering high-quality work. However, refunds are only granted under specific circumstances as outlined below:

General Refund Guidelines

We offer a full (100%) refund only under limited conditions. Refunds will not be granted if:

• A custom or discounted package was selected
• Revisions have been requested beyond the initial delivery
• The client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days
• The project is paused or canceled by the client
• The client violates any part of these terms
• The project brief lacks essential information
• The client changes their business name or discontinues their business
• The client simply changes their mind or faces unrelated issues

Change of Mind

If work on the project has not yet commenced, the Client may request a refund. In such cases, a processing fee equivalent to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total project cost shall be deducted from the refundable amount. Once the project has entered the active development phase, the Client shall no longer be eligible for a refund, and this refund policy shall be deemed null and void.

Refund Verification Policy

In the event that a refund is requested or claimed via email rather than through a phone call, the Billing Department shall be responsible for conducting a final confirmation call to the client. This call is intended to verify the identity of the requester and ensure that the refund request has been initiated by the client personally, and not by any unauthorized individual acting on their behalf

Incompetent Delivery

If the final product does not meet the documented and approved brief, we will revise the work until it aligns with your expectations. If you are still not satisfied after multiple revisions, a partial refund may be considered following a mutual discussion.

Late Delivery

Refunds for project delays will be considered only if:

• The delay is clearly due to AMZ Retailers’ actions
• The client can provide written documentation supporting the claim

Minor delays or small errors (e.g., typos) may qualify for partial refunds or future service discounts.

Refund Limitations

• No refunds will be granted once a project is marked as complete
• All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of AMZ Retailers
